.: The 123Guestbook Cemetery :.
From the original creation of this site up until the service was ended earlier this year, I used 123guestbook as a guestbook host. I figured it'd be worth it to archive the kind and funny messages that people left on it, while I switch to a new guestbook host (after procrastinating much too long on the switch). Inspired by (and directly borrowed from) the guestbook memorial garden created by linwood. Currently under construction!

- woah you're cool. anyways i have a question for you. i found your website through the yesterweb forums- you were talking about nonfiction and like, i LOVE nonfiction! but anyways my specific question is this. you mention you like zoology. do you have any cool books on it? i love animals and nonfiction but i've never actually read any books about zoology. thank you!!

Thank you so much! I'm sorry for not seeing your message for like, three months; I wasn't staying on top of checking my guestbook! For zoology book recs: I think my number one recommendation would be anything by Stephen Jay Gould, he's an evolutionary biologist but his books touch on so many topics in evolution and zoology, and in my humble opinion he's the best popular biology writer of the twentieth and early 21st century. Gould has a bunch of books that are collections of essays about evolution and biology, I'd recommend one of those! Other than him: Parasite Rex by Carl Zimmer is a great, readable book about parasitology, a rather obscure topic that I'm personally pretty passionate about. Trilobite: Eyewitness to Evolution by Richard Fortey is a great book all about trilobites, one of my favorite prehistoric animals. On paleontology, there's also the great book Gorgon by Peter Douglas Ward, all about Gorgonopsids, another personal favorite prehistoric animal. I kinda love reading about prehistoric animals ngl. There's definitely more that I just can't remember off the top of my head. A lot of the time I read about zoology through online resources, so I also need to branch out more and read more zoological books too! Anyway hope you like the books !!
